The building acousticians of Eindhoven University of Technology have all been in Hapert (NL) in July 10-12.
We have used our time to get to know each other better, among other things by comparing and discussing the results of our personality tests. We now know much better what kind of team we are, and have more tools in tackling our work in a better way.
Besides that, the days in Hapert form an important step in our training and culture change in sharing research software! We have gone through a brilliant workshop of CodeRefinery and have discussed the value of that training for us as a team and for individuals. With those skills we have reviewed each others software.
In summary, an enjoyable and rewarding retreat.
