We are glad to announce that the virtual acoustics research theme is enforced by Dingding Xie. She is joining on a two-year CSC visiting scholarship. Dingding will contribute to the research line on room acoustics modelling for acoustic virtual reality, thereby utilizing a machine learning approach. Dingding holds a degree in Underwater Acoustics from the Harbin Engineering University.
